Over the last couple of decades with the introduction of the internet and online dating the rules have changed with respect to how we meet a partner and how we establish an ongoing relationship.
Our purpose is to help you navigate this space.
Our Approach
Transforming Relationships addresses the challenges that arise from being in relationships in our modern, post-truth digitally determined world.
Transforming Relationships takes a meta psycho therapeutic approach. We use depth psychological lenses to understand relationships and draw from theoretical perspectives of some of the greatest writers and philosophers of our time.
Transforming Relationships is a multi-faceted program designed to experientially teach participants how social-cultural and family relationships shape our personal and interpersonal lives.
We use new developments in psychology to link mind/body integration with concepts of power to better integrate meanings we give to social and personal events.
Our approach is comprehensive and systemic.
This is a thirteen-week online program, with each module comprising of two hours a week. Below is an outline of the features, syllabus, and outcomes for the program.

• Transforming Relationships will help participants reflect on
o Individual complexes especially those arising from the Anima Animus,
o The shadow aspects of relationships
o Inherited unconscious social/cultural/family patterns around relating.
• Develop a more conscious authentic understanding of themselves and the types of relationship they need,
• Consciously choose how to heal, repair, themselves and their relationships
• Consciously choose a vision for a relationship that can robustly navigate the new world we live in.
• Examine the inter-relationship between our social-cultural containers, our family attachment patterns, our personal and interpersonal.

People who are grounded, capable of living in a complex world without needing to resort to simplicity or victimhood. We see groundedness as the ability to hold down a job, fend for themselves, engage with life in reasonable ways. Embrace living, embrace relationships, embrace whatever shows up whether it is easy/hard, joyful/sad, or challenging.
If you are interested in exploring in an in-depth way the nature of relationships then this approach is for you.
If you have read the books, done the workshops and experienced the counselling and felt shortchanged then this approach could be for you.
However, it is important to consider that this program is not for everyone. You need to be prepared to rethink why you want to be in a relationship and what has limited you in relationships in the past. If you are currently in a relationship then you need to be prepared to consider what it means to take your relationship to another level.
The type of people who we believe will be interested in doing Transforming Relationships are intelligent, well-read, mature, informed people who are interested in personal growth and relationship growth.
people who are curious, mature, interested in connection, in relatedness.
people who are attracted to new ways of seeing the world because the old ways have failed or are limited.
people who are questioning the world around them, seeking to explore the boundaries of current thinking about what it means to be human and in a relationship today.
people who are pioneers, explorers for themselves, and their relationships.
Ultimately this program is for those people who have had a few knocks in life, picked themselves up, sought insights, explored options, built back up, and kept moving forward with their lives always seeking a better way to be.
